Now, let’s talk about what happens when your fur baby isn’t feeling their best. Our skilled technicians will swiftly gather vital signs and medical history, ensuring we’re well-equipped to assist your pet. From there, our esteemed doctors will conduct a comprehensive examination and craft a personalized treatment plan, complete with an estimate. We understand that budgetary considerations are important, so please feel free to communicate any financial constraints upfront, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Once the treatment plan is laid out, our dedicated team will walk you through it step by step, ensuring you’re fully informed and comfortable with the proposed course of action.
Here’s a little insider tip – if you’re a PetDesk user, be sure to mention it at checkout to redeem your hard-earned loyalty points and score some sweet discounts! Speaking of checkout, we’ve got you covered with multiple payment options, including cash, check, Scratch pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and even CareCredit. We wanted to take a moment to outline our appointment and walk-in policies. While we strongly encourage clients to schedule appointments to ensure efficient and focused care, we understand that emergencies and urgent situations arise. That’s why we offer walk-in/Urgent care visits Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM and from 2 PM to 4 PM. Please note that while we strive to accommodate walk-in/Urgent Care clients during these times, there are occasions when we reach capacity due to the high demand for our services. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and there may be instances where we are unable to accept additional walk-in patients to maintain the quality of care for those already under our supervision. If you find yourself in need of a walk-in appointment, we recommend arriving early to increase your chances of being seen. However, please understand that even with our best efforts, there may be days when we reach full capacity within 15 minutes of opening or at any point during our designated walk-in hours. For clients with scheduled appointments, rest assured that we are dedicated to minimizing wait times and providing timely care. However, as with any medical practice, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations, and please know that we are committed to providing every patient with the same level of attention and care, regardless of wait times.
As your visit draws to a close, we extend our heartfelt thanks for entrusting us with the care of your beloved family members. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your pets, and we look forward to many more wagging tails and purrs in the days ahead. Should you encounter any concerns or issues post-appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our doors and lines of communication are always open, ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
Once again, thank you for choosing Kingsport Veterinary Hospital.
We’re honored to have met you and your furry family members, and we can’t wait to continue this journey together!
Warm regards,
