At Kingsport Veterinary Hospital, we are happy to provide health certificates for interstate travel in the continental US.
Health Certificates
Needing to travel with your pet? The last thing we want is for you to have any last minute travel hiccups! Please plan ahead and be sure you have the most accurate and current information to ensure a smooth trip to your destination.
We do not provide health certificates to Hawaii or International destinations (excluding Canada and Mexico). Since these destinations have extremely specific requirements, we strongly recommend using Air Animal Pet Movers or Pet Relocation to assist in the process.
